Can the Female Black Scholar Speak Out in a Noncooperative Space?

We explore how black female intellectual activists cope in a ‘noncooperative space’ while seeking racial equality. Our analysis adopts and extends the concept of as an organizational social environment portrayed by powerful white agents victim-friendly protective, yet, reality, one that is perilous for individuals who challenge racism. suggests courage helps to with navigate these noncooperative spaces. However, courage, traditionally manly attribute, fragile never omnipresent.
